Call the Finish is built to need as little about you as possible. You don't give us your name, phone number or password to play.

What we collect

• Your game account: the player name you choose, the wrestler you pick (optional), your TV sync setting, and a random secret code stored on your phone that identifies your account. We store only a scrambled (hashed) version of that code.
• Your game activity: your picks, when you made them, your points, and the Locker Rooms you join or create.
• Who invited you: if you joined with a friend's link, their player name.
• Abuse protection: a scrambled (hashed) version of your network address, used only to limit how many accounts or waitlist sign-ups come from one network.
• Call the Rumble waitlist (website only): your email address, your picks, and the code of whoever referred you.

We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or rent your data.

Share and install counts

When you use a share button or arrive through a shared link, a small counter run by Harris Apps Studio records that a share or visit happened, using a random referral code and no name, email or other personal details, and may store a small cookie so a referral can be credited. It does not record your picks or what you enter in forms. If you send feedback through "Was this helpful?", we read it, and we only publish it if you tick the box.

What others can see

Your player name, your wrestler, and your points appear on public leaderboards. Members of your Locker Rooms see your name and points. Your picks are counted in the crowd percentages, but never shown individually with your name. Your email is never shown to anyone.

How we use it

To run the game: score your calls, show leaderboards and Locker Rooms, prevent cheating and spam, and (for waitlist emails) tell you when Call the Finish launches and how your picks did.

Who processes it

Call the Finish runs on Vercel (hosting) and Turso (database), in the United States. The app loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your device contacts Google's servers. If you share a "Called It" card, it's made on your phone and goes wherever you send it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and game history while your account exists. Waitlist emails are kept until the end of the launch season or until you ask us to remove them. Deleting your account removes your account, picks, points and Locker Room memberships right away.

Deleting your data

In the app: Me › Delete my account. On the web: the delete account page. To remove a waitlist email, write to support@callthefinish.com from that address.

Kids

Call the Finish is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child has made an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top and, for big changes, tell you in the app.
